Chef Worapong of Saffron, Banyan Tree Phuket’s signature restaurant, joins Chef Chumpol from R-Haan, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant, celebrated for elevating royal Thai cuisine to the world stage. Together, they craft a five-course dinner that draws from the finest GI-certified ingredients of the Andaman region, reinterpreted through the lens of two distinct but deeply complementary culinary philosophies.
