What I love most about Phuket is its incredible architectural charm and history. Walking down Dibuk Road, surrounded by the beautiful Sino-Portuguese shophouses, always sparks my creativity. That heritage is exactly why we opened Cava Bien Marché here. We fell in love with a historic shophouse and transformed it into a casual French bistro and market. We wanted to bring the warmth of a Bordeaux Sunday market right into the heart of Phuket Old Town, pairing local history with authentic French flavors.
